This year thrust us into unwanted and unexplored territory. Through gritted teeth, we’ve become more resourceful, more attuned to what we need and where we can find it. We’ve watched rock-solid foundations crumble down, and we’ve searched in the rubble for scraps of hope. So for Wizards in Space’s sixth issue, we’ve gathered words & art that explore what it means to forage, to gather, to fight tooth and nail for survival.

As an Editor, I assisted in every step of the publication process from writing copy for submission guidelines to reading/critiquing submissions to offering line edits & proofreads on final drafts of accepted pieces. In addition, I assisted with digital marketing and planning a virtual launch party to celebrate the issue.
